Du bruit de porte assez fort qu’on entend depuis la chambre

Réserver et payer au campanille. Dégats des eaux ou surbooking ???? Relogement au kyriad Eco. PAS D'EXCUSES, PAS UN GESTE COMMERCIALE et pour terminer un enregistrement qui à duré 45 min à cause d'un ordinateur qui rame !!!!!!!! POUFFFFFFFFFFFF

Ο κλιματισμός στο δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά και ούτε συνέχεια. Ζητήσαμε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο μας δύο φορές μέσα στην ίδια μέρα και δεν καθαρίστηκε. Επίσης, το προσωπικό δεν ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και δεν μιλούσε αγγλικά, επομένως δύσκολο να συννενοηθείς αν δεν μιλάς γαλλικά.

Don't waste your time and money on this place. It was my worst experience I had in a hotel. Nothing in this hotel is working and stuff was rude and didn't care about us. On the first day the door broke it was not possible to close the door, after few discussions with reception it was fixed. Next day the air conditioning broke, it was huge heat wave that time in Paris, room was like a sauna, after repotting a few times we were ensured that somebody will come to fix it (guess what, it didn't). On third day door to the room broke again but this time completely and it was not able to either open and close it. Each time we had to ask someone from reception to come with the key if we want to enter, again we were ensured some will come and fix it (guess what, it didn't). On that day we also asked to get room service (guess what, it didn't happen). Arriving late at night asked why nothing was done even it was reported for few days, the lady (very rude) said she don't know and don't care. I asked for the different room, lady refused it claiming it's all full. I had to make a fight to get at least clean towels to take a shower. The next day asked in the morning for either full refund or change of the room. After some discussion, different receptionist managed to find new room for us. We packed our stuff and switched but guess what - room was not prepared, no towels no bedsheets and elevator was broken (it didn't go to 4th floor). We asked to sort it till the night so it can be ready when we came back in the evening. Arriving in the evening and guess what, nothing was done. After asking new receptionist to get the blanket so we can go sleep he said they run out of blankets and can't do anything. I had to make a fight, receptionist claimed that he don't care. Only after longer fight he called his supervisor and went somewhere and got the duvets for us. This hotel is a terrible experience.
