Poca disponibilità del personale,necessità di chiedere ogni singolo servizio tipo svuotare cestino,cambiare asciugamani,fornire carta igienica,rifare i letti ecc ecc altrimenti non fornito.Nonostante ripetute richieste non sostituita lampada malfunzionante del bagno.

Personnel très agréable et prêt à répondre aux questions ou à rendre service, c'est vraiment agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Chambre face à l'avenue donc très bruyante alors que j'avais demandé un hébergement au calme. La salle de fitness est annoncée sur le site Internet mais elle n'est toujours pas ouverte, et pas de date claire d'ouverture. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment basique.
