J’ai réservé une chambre et je suis arrivé sur place tôt le matin. J’ai payé la chambre et j’ai effectivement pris possession du logement pendant quelques heures afin de me reposer. Cependant, l’administrateur a annulé ma réservation alors que j’avais déjà effectué mon arrivée. Aujourd’hui, on essaie en plus de me facturer des frais de « non-présentation » (no-show) sur ma carte bancaire, ce qui est totalement injustifié puisque j’ai bien séjourné dans l’établissement. J’ai déjà signalé ce problème par e-mail ainsi que via la messagerie Booking, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour. Je vous demande donc de vérifier cette situation et d’annuler immédiatement toute pénalité liée à une prétendue non-présentation. Merci de votre aide et de votre retour rapide.
