the room smell bed, the houskeeping didnt clean our room first night, they told us you should inform us regarding that ... plus they didnt change our sheet

The new decor was amazing.

The air-conditioning in the first room didn't work.. the member of staff said he would sort it when we were put eating. He never did and the room.was too hot as the air-conditioning didn't work.. 2 adults and 5 children in 1 room! Eventually at 1am we were relocated.

the room itself, although small, was very clean and newly renovated. The morning reception person was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

We did not know the hotel was being remodeled.. One of the elevators was clearly under construction but it did still function. The evening reception person had no personality at all. When I came back down and said that the air conditioner was not working properly (it was set at 17.5C and, yes, there was a tiny bit of air coming out of the vent but the room was probably close to 30C. It never cooled off!), the reception person said "the room is newly renovated, the air conditioner is fine, I do not have the time" The tv was pixelated. My husband checked the back and something wasn't plugged in properly. We paid almost $200 so we expected a lot more than what we got!! If we had booked direct we would have gotten the room cheaper I found out later when I checked online.

Nulla perché non era il Tulip

Smistato in altri hotel,circa10 giorni prima dell arrivo. Adducendo che erano in ristrutturazione. Smistato la prima notte al campanile circa 800 metri da loro,eh vabbè, può starci. Però io scelgo il Tulip per la RER di fronte. Non basti questo , l'altra data mi hanno smistato sempre al Campanile ma di due paesi dopo e REr2km a piedi.Tutto deciso in maniera arbitrararia . Attenzione ,la recensione negativa,non è per il Campanile(Anche perché sono tutt' uno) ma la serietà del Tulip sotto i piedi c'è l'hanno. Anche perché,una volta arrivati là,i lavori di ristrutturazione c'erano davvero! Ma è ridicolo farli passare per lavori appena cominciato visto l'avanzamento. Casuato il disagio non hanno nemmeno fatto qualcosa per alleggerire il disagio. Comportamento poco poco corretto. Non consigliato
