Aparthotel Adagio Access Nice Magnan

Location was brilliant, lots of supermarkets nearby and the airport tram was right outside. Very close to the beach top and about a 25 minute walk to Old Town. The apartment itself was clean and although small, it contained all we needed. Air con was gratefully received too.

The corridors are in desperate need of refurbishment - the walls and carpets in them are very dirty. The rooms were generally clean, though our toilet room did not smell clean at all and there is mould on the bathroom ceiling. The room itself was otherwise fairly clean, but the balcony had not been cleaned well. The amenities are basic. We were there for a week and the policy is not to replace towels for this period, or to clean rooms. The view from our room was very nice (over the pool), but the electricity kept switching off. This meant a couple of freezing cold showers because the hot water storage tank had not been heated. We could not use the hob and air con at the same time. The location is excellent - close to a new tram stop (Magnan) and across the road is an excellent boulangerie and small store (Util). Most staff were very helpful - some not so.

Overall satisfactory for the price we paid. Kitchenette was small but managed to cook minimum. Transport from the hotel was excellent.

the aprtement was clean, the only problem was that when i began to make my sons bed on the pullout sofa i noticed the duvet was very badly stained so i put it back in the wardrobe. also the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Good location, and clean however the wifi is a no go you cannot get any service in your room. Parking can be a challenge if you are planning on driving.

This is an excellent place to stay if you want to get away from the busy centre if nice. It has good local restaurants and supermarkets. If however you want to go into the centre, there are good transport links. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The location was great 2mins from the sea and pebble beach. Good local bus service! Only 10 mins from airport and 20mins walk to centre of Nice. The pool was small but excellent for cooling down! Our apartment was fine but you have to come out the toilet to wash your hands this is the only thing that i was not keen on!

We had a great time and the hotel was just what we needed. The air conditioning was great and the staff were friendly. It would have been more relaxing if there had been some comfy chairs to sit on in the room, The location was excellent just off the promenade and the buses were regular so getting around was easy. However, some buses do stop running between 8 and 9 pm. Lots of places to eat and the supermarket was excellent. The 75D bus which goes from just round the corner from the hotel to the Russian Orthodox Cathedral is a fantastic journey. Would really recommend this. Beware of taxi prices from the airport...
