Aparthotel Adagio Access Nice Magnan

Very nice location. Knew in advance about their cleaning policy but I think it should be reconsidered. Otherwise it was clean and the staff was helpful

Nice hotel in a good location, 3 mins from the promenade, very basic no frills, just a bed and shower was required so it suited me , studio room had no storage clothes.

-air conditioning not working - room feel a bit dusty makes your nose stuffy -they only give two pillows which not very comfortable - payed to clean the room and change bed sheets but they didnt change the sheet as the dirty mark was still there , they only turned it up side down so we wont see it :(

Tramworks at front of hotel are noisey at night. Footpaths obstructed and dusty. Fine hotel with good staff.100m from promenade . It's quite a long walk to tourist areas.

Great location - boulangerie across the street; grocery store just down the block. Sea and promenade is just a block away. Easy access to bus. Did upgrade my room after check-in as initially I had a room on the back side of the building with no view. Upgraded at a minimal charge to a front apartment with a balcony that had full sun in the morning. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Had wifi but it tended to be somewhat spotty and would go on and off intermittently. Had to always check it was connected. Laundry facilities on site was a bonus - as was the fact there was a clothes dryer, which most places do not tend to have.

We spent 4 days on Christmas 2017 in Aparthotel Adagio access Nice Magnan. We received everything that we wanted - clean cozy flat, kitchen facilities, spacious living room, secure parking, great location and of course - very reasonal price for the value. I can say - lovely place for family with kids as we had two separate rooms for sleeping and space for the kids to play. The underground parking was a big priority as we didn't woried about the car we rented for our stay in France. Would come back again.

The staff was super nice, apartment was clean and at a very convenient location. We had a great stay here and I would like to recommend this to everyone!!

This hotel is in an good location with superstore, restaurants and beech within few minutes walk. Nearby bus stop adds extra point. Downside is roads can be noisey at times. In particular at night time, loud noise of ambulances as there is children's hospital nearby. Staffs at reception are helpful and friendly. The apartment interior looks tired but clean .There was adequate cutlery for four people and we enjoyed dinner with children in the spacious balcony.View of the sea from balcony was added bonus.

Hotel check in was easy after a long walk from the train station. I was pleased to find that I had an electric stove top, microwave and larger-than-mini fridge in my small studio. This is a no-frills hotel that takes care of the necessities.

We Booked a room with two double beds and when we arrived found there was only one. We went to reception who were very rude, did not offer a solution and did not offer any compensation. They said the couch was also a sofa bed. In the end we had to pull out the sofa bed which was only a single, was very uncomfortable, and had no bedding. Had we known this we would have booked another hotel as there were many other in the same price range.
