Very pleasant room and nice location
Ideally located for walking tours of Old Town Sant Cugat and the Monastery; convenient parking garage. Hotel is 5 floors of atrium-style construction and can get a bit noisy at night. Excellent front-desk staff.
The stay wasn’t too bad but could do with some improvements! The kettle in the room was broken, therefore couldn’t make any hot drinks. I reported it to staff but to no avail. Room service staff would knock 2-3 times of me telling them to come back - maybe it’s different members of staff; it became frustrating. On the last day I was to check out before noon - room service were knocking at 10am. I was hoping they’d be aware that I’ll be checking out in an hour. In room food service was inedible, it arrived within 10mins of placing the order which I thought was pretty quick to have prepared the meal. It was cold, the salmon appeared under prepared. I called room service and I was told nothing could be done. I left the uneaten food outside my room that night. Overall pleasant staff but need to be more welcoming and attentive.
This hotel hit every note in tune! The staff was superb, and the hotel offered large rooms, comfy beds, and well designed functional interior design. Great place to chill outside Barcelona

When to visit my son at Esade University Sant Cugat, and the hotel was very close to the campus. Great location, close to everything. Staff very friendly. Comfortable and spacious room. The restaurant is okay. What I didn't like were the pillows, too hard...
