Breakfast was very confusing, asks for a cup of tea, was told by an unpleasant girl/female that it would cost 17 euros. So didn't have breakfast for 3 days. She didn't appear to be very well trained in customer service. One of the ladies cleaning my room was completely the obvious, friendly, polite, and very polite, she also left my room spotless.
The internet is extremely bad. With the technology today a hotel without good internet is unacceptable. It is very difficult to remove soap with the filtered water they have. It took almost one hour to shower. The air conditioning does not work properly

This is a very clean and quite hotel. Great location for esade University access, as well as close proximity to the monastery.
Staff were more interested in serving the locals, giving them nuts with their drinks and food. On Sunday hardly any food available in the restaurant.
There was a local festival on and the hotel was right next to a music area. The music was full blast til 4am on both nights of our stay which made it hard to sleep. The staff in the bar were unbelievably rude and said they were closed but continued to serve other guests who were Spanish. Luckily we speak fluent Spanish so managed to convince them to serve us too. The hotel was smart and the room was nice.
Good hotel, stayed many times, this was the first time I had a problem as we needed to ask four times after checking in to be allocated a twin room (as reserved) as opposed to the double we had been given. We were then moved to another double, then promised that a double would be changed to a twin whilst we were out but it never happened. The next day we complained again and finally we had a twin room.
Nice hotel and nice staff. Comfy and large room. Walls are very thin though.
