The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could be cleaner, pay attention to corners and under sink area when cleaning. Someone keeping after the water on the floor near the pool area and coming out of pool area would be safer. Nice place to stay for proximity to the apple butterfest. We did not see any signs for the Hotel that would also be helpful. nothing seen from the road.

Great location, visiting family in the area and it fit our needs of a one night stay. Wished we had more time for the pool area. Breakfast was fresh...hot food was hot and cold was cold...beverages too. Hotel has some areas that are showing their age, normal wear-rooms where clean and fresh. Pet friendly-but there's a fee...wished more hotels would loosen those costs..but understandable if you get a bad pet...fridge was cold...nice touch didn't have to wait for it to chill down.

The Napoleon Inn & Suites is an average hotel that used to be a Best Western. The hotel is listed as a non smoking hotel, however on the 3rd floor the smoke smell is very strong in the hallways and in the rooms. If you want to minimize the smoke smell, ask to stay on the 2nd floor. Some of the rooms have newer mattresses such as room 206. Ravi the manager, and Angie at the front desk went through great lengths to please our party. We changed rooms from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor and Ravi personally inspected the rooms to see If it was to our satisfaction and when it was not, he switched rooms for us. Angie upgraded one of the persons in our party to a larger room. This hotel needs updating and we were told that a total renovation will be taking place at the end of the year, Angie and Ravi both displayed excellent customer service skills in aiming to please, and in my opinion Angie deserves a promotion for her hard work. The diner next to the hotel is permanently closed, so don't expect to dine there. However, the gas station has items you can pick up. There are pizza places that deliver such as Marco's and the pizza was excellent. There is also a nice Mexican restaurant nearby called Blue Azul where the food was decent. Truckers mainly stay at this hotel as the truck stop is next door, but they are very friendly. Don't expect this hotel to be a 4 star but they have excellent customer service and will do whatever they can to make your visit pleasant.

We booked our trip a few months ago prior to our 4 night stay for a party of 8. We booked 4 separate rooms. We read many bad reviews online which made us skeptical about our stay. We called and they promised they would provide nice clean rooms for our group upon arrival. We arrived and worked with the manager Ravi, he personally went into our rooms to make sure we would be satisfied with the cleanliness of our room before handing over the keys. A few rooms weren't up to par Ravi assigned another room then went up to personally check the room until we were completely satisfied. Another staff member that assisted was Angie. We encountered her each day of our visit, she was always willing to help in anyway possible to keep us satisfied. I felt like we were actually guest in their homes instead of being in a hotel. We truly appreciate your professionalism, kindness, excellent customer service, warm smiles and gentle care you provided us while visiting Napoleon area. Ravi, thanks for shipping my forgotten garment bag. I appreciate you and your wonderful team!! This may not be a 4 star hotel however, the rooms are clean, a decent place to sleep without breaking the budget, the treatment was a 5 star!! I can't wait to see the renovation soon keep up the excellent customer service!!

They messed up on the rooms gave us a room that's been used Second room they put Austin in smelt like smoke really bad if possible non-smoking room wasn't happy at all with the Moto we're not recommend it to nobody

Stopped in here for an overnight stay, the lady at the front desk was very nice and obliging to my room needs. I found the room very clean and the swimming pool and hot tub we're very nice. They also have a workout room and a restaurant just outside the front door.

We stay here every year when we come up for our family reunion. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The mattress in our room 305 was a little on the "tired" side. Needs a new one! The water pressure was not too good either. Maybe it's always that way there--I'm just used to more water pressure. Overall this is a good place to stay!

Overall good stay. Sheets were not so good. Kinda greasy, needed washed again.

Convenient for me, in my daily trip to the warehouse. Yes I did enjoy that perk. I feel confident to use this hotel again, in my visits each quarter.
