For a quick get away this place was perfect. We relaxed in the pool and had a great breakfast before starting for the day.
The staff was great from checking in to making sure the breakfast was stocked and plenty of coffee.
The hotel smelled of mold. The room was "cleaned" but very dirty. Stains on the floor and bedspread. There was hair on the sheets. The bathroom needed a lot of attention.I couldn't stay - I left to find another place.
Paid for King Suite, but given standard King room.
We traveled to Napoleon for a wedding. The check in staff and really all the staff was amazing. Very nice and accommodating. Although this hotel is directly behind a small truck stop, it was very quiet. They serve breakfast which is pretty much the same as all others. Hotel was very clean and everything worked. We will stay here if we ever travel there again. We had a couple of meals at Adams family restaurant which is the front of the hotel and it was pretty good. The staff in the truck stop store were nice too.
The checkin and staff were very friendly. We had a dog and it is a dog friendly hotel. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and room smelled musty. Breakfast was decent. Location was good, but probably wouldn’t stay again. Looked like the hotel was maybe under renovations as part hallway wasn’t painted either. Did have a nice looking pool.

I've booked here the past two years and both times have had a great experience. All the staff I've encountered are super friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, beds were very comfy, and showers were clean and got pretty hot and had good water pressure. The breakfast was good enough for me! Waffle maker, some bread & drink options seemed to be plenty. There's also an indoor pool & workout room. I'll definitely continue to book here in the future!
Only place in Napolean that had a room. It was a suitable spot for a one night stay. Staff was great.
The hotel was hard to get to since the main street leading to them was closed due to construction. We called the hotel and she directed us how to get to them which was really complicated. We finally made it needless to say. The exterior is nice, nothing fancy. Inside, they are undergoing some renovations down stairs so they have unfinished (painted) walls on the first floor. The hotel itself does not look old, but it is not kept up to date. Our room was decent, enough for the sleeping we needed. The bed spread had cigarette holes, even though it was a non smoking room. The chairs are stained, and the coffee maker is in the bathroom(?). Shower head moldy. Either way I always clean them myself. Took my son to the pool which sits next to the front desk so everyone walking around can see you, bad idea. Also, we both got in only to realize that the pool had not been cleaned in quite sometime. It was so slimy at the bottom. We got out after 10 minutes. This was not what my 11 year old had in mind as a good time at the pool, poor kid even wanted to leave. Breakfast was fine, not great, everything was sticky and not well laid out. Overall, if you need a place to sleep, it is fine but for $90+ a night is not worth it. We have stayed at all different kinds of hotels and motels but this one makes us not want to stay there again unless there is no other choice.
