Complete filth, no amenities pool being renovated. Rooms horribly dirty, stains and trash, etc.
This hotel looked like it was deserted. Plastic was flapping around all of the windows....it was loud from inside our room. The most disappointing thing of all was that the pool was down for maintenance. I specifically chose it because there WAS a pool. We see our 13 year old grandson 3 times a year so always choose a motel with a pool. Shame on you Expedia....that information is critical and should be included in description.
Hotel was dirty and smelled, Mold on ceilings, carpet filthy. Only stayed because it was late and need a place that was dog friendly that had space to park our large RV. Place felt like my rig may not still be there in the morning, worried all night. Restaurant connected to travel center next door had worst food I have ever received and I eat out a lot! Also price I was told on the phone they tried to up it $40 when I got there. We were told that holiday inn had bought them and they were remodeling. If holiday inn truly bought it they should close for the Renovations due to black mold,
Hotel is under renovations and was not clean. The floor in our room was littered with debri. There were no pop machines. I believe the pool was closed - we didn't fully check because of the dirtyness of the hotel overall. Very disappointing.
We didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable. Our view out the window was of the roof and a satellite dish. There was not a lot of variety or quality of the food served at breakfast. But if you just need a place to sleep on an uncomfortable bed, it’s OK.

Everything was great. Nothing was wrong with the hotel
We were very pleased with this hotel, although a little hard for us to find at first, and would not hesitate to stay there again. Shirley, the front desk clerk, was the best. Friendly, personable and helpful. A big thanks to Hotels.com for hooking us up with this hotel.
