The staff is overall nice but the property is going downhill fast; it was not that great previously as a Best Western. Sheets went unchanged for a week. Room was never swept. Carpets in rooms and hallways is aging poorly, stained. They persist in allowing smoking on a floor of rooms. The pool and hot tub are extremely over-chlorinated. There is not even a soda or candy bar machine. I believe I've had my last stay there after many years of patronage.
It was peaceful
The hot tub jets didn’t work. We forgot toothpaste the hotel didn’t have any to offer. Located at the end of a truck stop off the beaten path. Elevator gross and hotel room carpet was nasty. Ice machine leaking and the floor it was sitting on looks like it’s about to cave in any minute. Noisy at night because of highway and all the semi’s traveling. The mattress were very uncomfortable it felt like you were laying on a trampoline. Food crusted on TV remote!! Hotel room refrigerator froze all our food. Definitely a no frills desperate don’t care where you rest your head hotel. I paid $89.00 and should’ve stayed elsewhere.
Love the indoor pool & hot tub! Staff is always nice. Truck stop next door convenient for snacks.

We were highly disappointed that after spending $100+ for a room we couldn’t bring drinks into the pool are and it closed at 10 pm.

This was a half way point stop on our trip. We got to the hotel around 1 am and left at 9:30. This hotel was sufficient for our one night stay. It was a little dirty but overall okay.
It was a nice quite relaxing place
When we come to Napoleon to visit family and friends we have always stayed here. We arrived early today and they let us check in. Front desk associate was very nice. The room is nasty. It’s like staying in a run down motel. The room is dirty. Smells really bad of cigarette smoke. There is hair on bathroom floor, stains on furniture and floors, can’t open the window to even get some fresh air. We have been here 30 min and I’m ready to leave. Very disappointed and sadly will never be back.
