Location, dog friendly and check in staff very pleasant

It was tired, signs of dampness in the whole hotel, some electric sockets in room were broken, curtain was coming off the rail

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the centre of town and the beach, which makes it ideal for getting the best of Sitges without being right in the middle of the busier nightlife. It has a relaxed, peaceful feel, offering a bit of calm away from the lively bustle nearby. The building is a little dated in places, but that actually adds to its character and charm rather than taking away from the stay. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made everything run smoothly. It’s a comfortable, no-fuss hotel that works really well for a laid-back break in a great seaside town.

Soundproofing between rooms could be better. Overall, it’s a good value, well-located hotel with character and friendly service, but it won’t suit anyone looking for a modern, high-spec finish or luxury facilities.

La chambre restée dans les années 80, la salle de bain vieillotte avec un lavabo inox penché vers l'avant, donc quand on se lave les mains, on se lave les pieds aussi. Un seul ascenseur très lent.

A pretty, quaint little seaside hotel. Decor is quite traditional but it’s light and airy. The rooms overlooking the sea get a fantastic view and have spacious balconies. Excellent pool area with plenty of seats and beds, and an on site masseuse can help you to relax outside, to the sound of the sea. Would recommend for couples but also for families. The location is superb. Ten mins from the main area of the prom and 15 from the centre of town. Lovely walk by the sea.

As I say it’s a bit traditional in terms of decoration. I didn’t mind that since most hotels in Sitges are the same way but it could use a bit of a facelift. The staff were largely very nice but some were a little grumpy. Bed was a bit hard but some people do like beds that way!

Friendly young man in reception. Bikes, which get to lend. Enviroment is quiet.

Some guests put their towels to sunbeds and reserve them whole day without using them.
