We will be contacting hotels.com regarding our stay. Room was dirty, there were multiple holes in the wall, furniture, and towels (2 for a family of 4). Wallpaper falling off the walls, awful smell in the entire hotel. Safety concerns - No double lock on room door, no lock on door coming into hotel, telephone not even working. Microwave dirty, shower dirty.
They are currently working on a remodeling their property. They have everything kept away from visitors. The room was very clean and staff very helpful when I couldn't figure out tv (clue dont touch light switches by bed). Yes their marked but I have a habit. Next time I come to town will use them.
Very unhappy with maintenance and upkeep of facility. Faucet on bathroom sink not secured to sink, sliding door on balcony lock not working, sheet and bedspread torn, blanket had burn holes, room smelled of smoke, could not set clock on microwave.
Front entrance was simply falling apart - I don't even recognize the picture. Individual at front desk had such a strong accent that it was difficult to understand what was being said. Either the TV or the desk lamp could be plugged in - but not both at the same time. Cable connection went in and out.
Easy access to rooms, quiet, good TV, super nice management, great dining options nearby and a great value.
The staff is very nice and helpful. It's hard to get fresh and clean washcloths and towels
I had no problems and place was quiet and clean.
Cleaning staff was lovely. Otherwise a very expensive not good motel.
Toilet was clogged, reported a couples of time but they were not able to fix it. :-(
The building looks nothing like the picture, building is falling apart. Even the parking lot isnt maintained.
