Overall conditions were not good. Very disappointing for the price.
Upon arrival we were met by bikers and people that looked to be drug abusers. Also had their pit bull off leash. When asked if dog was friendly i got a ton of attitude along with the guy looking my pregnant girlfriend and 11 year old step daughter up and down like they were a steak dinner. Room smelled of smoke and had no chain on door. We left immediately using the back door to got to the vehicle. When brought up to management they said "oh their just construction workers". I work in construction so that was a direct insult to me and my profession along with a terrible excuse. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me a million dollars. Disgusting.
the place seemed very run down. seems to need a lot of fixing
The staff was very nice. The condition of the place overall was run down, with water stains on the ceiling tiles. It wreaked of cigarette smoke even though my room was non-smoking. The room and bathroom itself was very clean. Couldn’t get past the smell.
This hotel has gotten some bad reviews before, but I found it to be really pretty good for the price. The are working on improving it and there are some things to be still worked out, but overall I was very pleased.

The outside front lobby looked like the hotel was abandoned because the structure was falling down. The amount of trash outside was disgusting. It included televisions, chairs, bottles, and lighters. The carpet going into the hotel looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in the past year. There were children's stickers stuck to the wall. The light switches were crusty. I've stayed in some real dumps, but this takes the cake as being one of the very worst.
