No Hot water and the roo. Was disgusting

Bedset was dirty roach was in the drawer the place stinks

Upon arrival there was no toilet paper, and towels. There were no garbage cans or microwave or soap or shampoo and A/C, also sometimes does not pick up the phone, also there’s no WiFi

bad customer service and very dirty i left because there was visible roaches soon as they opened the door for me to the room that was jammed …. the owner’s daughter saw the roaches as soon as the door opened ….i asked for a refund and the owner denied the refund and said they are not obligated to give me one as per the agreement

The room smelled like pee and smoke. The bed looked like someone just slept in the bed and the blankets were a mess. The entire place looked sketchy.

Rooms are disgustingly dirty, room had trash and cigarettes that were probably resently smoke, no light besie two lamps, all electricul outlets didnt work beside one, broken widowns that are tape off, their cleaning guy/girl cause its to of them dont have no idea what they doing, this hotel is nothing like the pictures

It was dirty. Sheets were not changed after the last few people, there was bugs everywhere (not bedbugs), no lights worked, toilet and entire hotel room was filthy, mouse droppings were in the pull out couch, the door didn't shut or lock all the way. They told us room 5 but someone was in it And the hotel people on the ring doorbell were rude as hell. And to get your deposit back the write down your card information 🙄

It was clean. Small shower and the TV was fuzzy. Not very many channels.
