Location was good. Close to LGW. Basic rooms. Basic toilet. Basic breakfast was good.

We didn't take heatwave into consideration and only wall mounted fan in triple room number 12, would rotate hot air and further heat up the room. Beds and bedding were also hot to touch, may be grabbed loads of heat. 1st floor room was roasting. In June 2026. Couldn't find any solution but to cope or move out. Staff not helpful in providing another fan or anything. I feel room wasn't ventilated before arrival that could also be contributory.

Overnight before a flight. Simple, clean, exactly what I needed. You can eat take aways in a tabled area. The night system gives arrival at any time.

Location close to Gatwick

Room was not great. Walls were dirty. The curtains in the family room did not cover the whole window so daylight would keep us up and wake us up early morning as it has a gap at the bottom. No refreshments downstairs when asked, was given 1 can of soft drink nothing else to share between 4 people. Not even water. People who clearly were not staying there hanging around the communal area and leaving after having a snack. Payment for parking is not fair.
