Habitación muy pequeña! Íbamos varias personas y algunas familias les tocaron unas habitaciones muy grandes y a otras familias habitaciones muy pequeñas!! Pagando lo mismo.

Apartamento y balcón mucho más grande de lo normal, con una puerta corredera que divide las 2 estancias y cada estancia con una tele grande. Muy agradables las diferentes piscinas repartidas para repartir mejor los huéspedes.

El aislamiento de las ventanas respecto al exterior es bastante malo y se escucha mucho la música por la noche. Surtido de comida reducidoen el buffet aunque lo que hay está bueno. La amabilidad de la persona de recepción que nos atendió muy mejorable, sin embargo el personal de la zona del comedor tiene una paciencia infinita a pesar de la masificación de huéspedes

Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci

Obsługa miła, choć słabi mówiąca po angielsku. Złodziejska prowizja za wypłaty w tamtejszym bankomacie. Cienkie ściany, mieliśmy pokój na początku korytarza i niestety było słychać wszystkich gości wysiadających z windy

The entire stay was good. The pools, slides, and activities for the kids are very much appreciated. A big shout out to the animations team, they did a very good job. The room was spacious with a big and safe balcony. Will definitely come back and in hope you change your bed.

The room was old and not really clean. The bed is not for a jhotel standard.I was aware of the two single beds that's why I asked if they can make it double bed or move together since I was staying with my little daughter. In other hotels when they move together there's no way of splitting the two beds apart. The bed leg is broken so that it makes the bed not steady. The sofa in the room is useless since it's broken and also the mini fridge.
