Mijn kamer was supersnel opgemaakt door 4 mooie dames tijdens het aangegeven dat het nog niet opgemaakt was. En hadden ook zijn excuses aangeboden.

Kamer was niet opgemaakt tijdens mijn aankomst.

"Alójate pero come fuera del hotel!!!"

Las piscinas súper bien, hotel grande y zonas comunes limpias y muy bonitas Los camareros de la sala de restaurante súper atentos y simpáticos!! La bebida es de dispensador por lo que entra con pensión completa, creo que solo se paga el vino y algo más, pero café, refrescos y agua entra, de fruta bien, y muy majo el detalle del pan tomaquet y all amb alloli Una de las recepciónistas de la tarde, una jovencita con gafitas (no recuerdo su nombre) súper buen trato!! Habitaciones básicas pero con lo esencial.

La comida del hotel.. pésima!!! Pero pesisiiiima… yo porque soy Bariatrica y con nada ya estoy llena, pero mi marido que es de buen comer… tuvimos que salir a comer y cenar fuera porque lamentablemente no vale para nada, parece un comedor solidario.. todo horrible mala calidad, si fuese poca variedad pero calidad lo entiendo, pero poca cantidad y mala calidad no tiene justificación. La cama de la habitación 2219 tiene unos muelles que ya piden auxilio.. ahí que mejorar los colchones, y la mampara, tienen bastante cal Los pasillos de las habitaciones están bastante deteriorados, meten miseria.. Las camareras de piso podrían ser un poco más cuidadosas, llegando vi como cerraban la puerta de mi habitación aún teniendo el NO MOLESTAR, si el cartel se cae como me dijo, no hay necesidad de abrir la puerta, se vuelve a colocar y listo… después fui mal porque me había dado un corte de digestión y mi tarjeta no funcionaba, entiendo que por seguridad tienen totalmente prohibido abrir puertas a cualquier cliente, pero ni inmutarse viéndo que casi estoy en el suelo esperando que mi marido llegue con la targets para entrar… nose, un poco más de empatía y humanidad. Yo soy gobernanta de un hotel y también he sido camarera muchos años y hay que saber tratar al cliente.

Esta todo muy anticuado, las ventanas no corren, van súper duras y las puertas de los armarios van fatal. En el bufet hay cosas muy buenas y otras muy deficientes
