Room and hotel was clean

Lobby was ice cold 2nd floor as well as our actual room was miserably hot. Eventually room cooled off somewhat but had to buy a fan to circulate air to be able to shower.

The hotel was nasty, bathroom dirty, bugs everywhere , bugs in the pool , air conditioning was not on so the room had a smell, we had to move rooms because the WiFi did not work at all, the night time front desk was very rude.

The fact im waiting on my refund, do to bed bugs. The guy was really nice and came to check out the situation and saw for himself. He said don't worry, that my card would be refunded. I hope they got the situation under control.

Nothin it was a horrible experience

It was a rat ran across the floor in the lobby my bed had bugs in it and housekeeper never changed my sheets
