conveniently located. Actually had usable ice machine.

snakes in pool, hadn’t been cleaned one of the other livestock exhibitor kids was bitten by snakes. plastic bag around smoke detector in room. Breakfast was not good.

Hotel itself was nice. Area around needs cleaned up bad. Not a fan of paying $130 for a room online then getting there to pay another $50 hold fee on top that you won’t give back to me for 7-10 business days especially when you take it out automatically

This facility is excellent. I have traveled a lot, and this is one of (if not the) best place I have stayed in years. The place is very quiet, staff is excellent, room is very clean and comfortable.

Manager was unfriendly and lacked customer service. Bottom of shower curtain was covered in mold. Bugs and even a tick in the room. We were put in a smoking room and now all of our belongings smell.

The location was very close to the ballpark. (We were in town for a baseball tournament.)

The hotel was pretty gross. My bathroom showerhead and shower curtain were moldy. (pics included) One of the throw blankets on the bed had food on it. I can tell it hadn't been washed before our stay. Also, there were TONS of bugs in the hotel, including one crawling on our bed as we sat on it. Lastly, the kids were excited to swim, but we were told that water moccasins had been spotted in the pool, so it was locked. Were told we could sign a waiver in order to swim.

Very nice property and the room was quite large.

The bed was very comfortable.

We were by the elevator, and people kept running and being really loud in hall in front of our room 😑

Maegan was awesome. Give her a raise and a promotion.

Can't sleep well.very loud at night and keep a long time. The hotel's door very bad.when every door close has big loud voice. Like Slamming the door。keep too the middle night. Bad for the family with the kids.
