"Pleasant stay"

My husband and I stayed here for one night on 2/22/25 and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was updated in 2023 and was as pictured in the more recent hotel-provided photos. Appears to be family run and the folks want their guests to have a good experience. Would recommend staying here when visiting Crowley.

"Sad excuse for service "

The attendant was asleep at the desk. Had to wake him to get coffee. Breakfast was cold eggs and sausage. The milk pitcher had a thick ring on the inside of dried milk. No one was thete to refresh anything. The washcl9ths were very soiled. We left to go next store to the waffle house to get breakfast, came back and our keycards were disabled. Thiscwas hours before checkout. No apologies at all!
