Very clean, good location. We went on a public holiday but all interactions with staff prior to arrival were fantastic. Easy directions. Tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and bottles of water provided. Clean and comfy beds.

This is more of a very basic issue but we all found the pillows too high for our heads.
