Great traditional hotel, very clean, good breakfast buffet

Fabulous room staff very polite and professional hotel couldn’t be any nicer definite value for money breakfast was fab and the location is excellent very near the tram stop into town

RESTAURANT STAFF ATTITUDE

I had a lovely view of Blackpool prom from my bedroom. I had a singe room with en suite bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and room service had even arranged the little cartons of milk into a pattern! I had enough floor space to be able to do my yoga routine in the morning! Always a good start to the day for me.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. My sleep was disturbed a couple of times during the night by other customers returning to their rooms but I soon fell back to sleep again.

Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, good choose at breakfast.

Can be abit loud with the night time activities as my sister found out, but they hotel was great with moving them too a different room as they had a baby with them

Friendly staff, although young chap on check out wasn’t bothered too much when we mentioned the mucky stain on bathroom wall
