Dimitris Villa offers incredible value for money, even if the shower is a handheld affair. Expect simple but spacious rooms and a very attractive pool area. The complex is within walking distance of the beach. Some restaurants in Matala offer great sunsets at no extra cost, and when the lights switch on please linger to experience the magic atmosphere. Beware that some booking agents do not include breakfast, which obliges you to pay €5 pp on the spot. Matala and Dimitris Villa, recommended!
