"Worst Hilton we have stayed in"

Fusty smelling room, dripping water from AC from room above for 5 days, all that was done to rectify it was a towel on the windowsill to catch the drips. Filthy windows, chinos screwed down, so no ventilation. Very outdated sound not recommend..

Front desk staff

Roaches crawling all over the kitchen counter in the coffee maker and on the cups, disgusting, zipped up bags and put everything up off the floor if I was not so exausted with almost 10pm check in I would have left.

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff very prompt and courteous. The lobby/kitchen staff were first rate and the (included) morning breakfasts were surprisingly good.

"This place is great for family stay and facilities and breakfast are very good."

We loved friendliness of the receptionist, Eileen, she was so friendly towards our little toddler and accommodated our every need and even played with him! The hotel is very beautiful architecturally and pool area is very nice and inviting. Usually for this price range it is not as common.
