Simply the worst experience ever. Upon check in, was given a key to an occupied suite. I surprised a guest as I walked in to his room. Went back to the desk and was given another room. The halls smelled of sewage and the bed hosted a large insect nestled on the pillow. Called the desk and was upgraded to a suite. This room, when I walked in had the lights and TV on, the sheets were rumpled as if someone was using the room. There was a huge disgusting stain dripping down one wall. The manager mumbled some excuse and I said give me my money back. Another excuse about not having the access code to refund led to my accelerating the issue with loud, firm tones. Miraculously the code was found and I was refunded. Do not stay in this dump. It should be closed down. Absolutely disgraceful.

Liked having a bar in hotel but room was very dirty

Overall place is in terrible condition, dirty with stains in carbet, bed and towels. Hole in comforter, window was stuck open. Furniture in terrible condition. Staff was wearing pajamas.

This place was one heroin needle short of a trap house

Parking was decent

The woman at the counter was a pill and had zero interested in being helpful or cordial. She was the first and last interaction I had with staff at the hotel and just left a lasting negative impression of my entire experience staying there.

Breakfast was okay, location ok. Receptionist at least allowed us to change rooms.

Changed room 3 times. 1st room window wouldn't close, 2nd room, phone didn't work, looked like room hadn't been cleaned, bed looked like used sheets and pillows, bathroom light didn't work.Had to get Kleenex from previous room. Rooms were substandard.

Getting my key seemed like an inconvenience. Multiple drug users or homeless on the property. Absolutely the worst stay of mt life. Tv broken, a/c broken. Holes in the wall

The property was dirty, staff bearly spoke English. The room was not what was shown during booking.

Window was stuck open, fridge did not work, room was very cold. Front desk clerk said we could change rooms. We finally did that and our second room was better.

I didn’t stay. The room I was given was dirty
