The location was ok.

The first room the door would not close securely, the curtains were rotting off of the rods , there were yellow stains on the lamp shades and the beds looked like they had been slept in and the sheets and bed spread had all kinds of stains on them. We asked for a different room and it was worse. The second room the bathroom was filthy. The toilet looked like it was never cleaned and the bathtub had dirt and grime in it like the water had backed up in it or something and never was cleaned. The room it self was equally as dirty as the first room.

Room was too small and had to much furniture Couldn't maneuver wheelchair other than two feet into the room. Could not get intothe bathroom even with. Walker.hubbby had to take me .

I paid for a king suite and had also pre cheked-in online. We arrived 30 min after my arrival time only to find out no one had the pre check-in done. We then proceeded to our room 202, so we could unload our luggage before heading out to see the town. Only to find out that there were no towels in the room and the room phone was sitting on the ground. We went back down to the front desk and told them about the initial problem that we had and asked them to please have the room ready upon our return. We returned to our room only to find a little table with some towels placed on top of it just inside the door. So we put the towels away and the room phone on top of the table. Then we proceeded to get ready for bed, only to find out both beds were missing there comforters, dirty with hair and fluids, and never serviced. We called the front desk again asked for a room change or housekeeping to actually clean the room, only to be told that neither were available and all the could do was send up some sheets and pillow cases. So we made the beds ourselves and slept on the sheets only with no other bedding. In the morning I told the lady that was at the front desk about what happend and she moved us to room 203. That room was okay and much cleaner then 202 or so we thought. When my wife went to take a shower the next morning, she found that the bottom of the curtain was covered in mold, various kinds of hair, and slime that could only be described as some type of fluid. She threw up and then we decided to check out of there and went to the Best Western instead. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at any place that I have ever stayed, and that includes budget inns. The county jail may have been a better choice than this place!

The head board was ripped off the wall and sitting above the bed, the bed frame was too big and had metal parts sticking out which I now have a bruise from, the floors weren't vacuumed, there was dried ketchup on the wall, the bathroom door looked like a dog had been left in there and ripped it apart, there was 1 light bulb in the vanity, the sheets were stained, the blanket was torn and frayed. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel!
