The location was nice as were the grounds and staff

The unit had a terrible odor like a dog shat . we had also requested linen exchange instead of our room being entered. Our room was entered while we were out and we specifically told them we did not need room service.

Nice facilities. Room was large, if you don't mind one bedroom up a good flight of stairs. The local restaurant was quite good.

I stumbled with your email check in that charged me for something I didn't intend and I could not undo it. Your staff corrected it but was not very understanding, saying, "Well, you checked that box… but OK, we'll refund" (and they did, quite promptly).

Our villa was BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable! The minute we walked in we were amazed. It felt like home, so cozy and a wonderful layout! Very large master bath and the second bath was a nice size too! We would definitely recommend this resort!!

A few extra coffee packets would be appreciated, especially decaf. I know we can purchase them but I felt the price was a little expensive for one packet. Also, a couple bottles of water in the room upon arrival would be nice. Sometimes when rushing around you don't realize you haven't taken time to hydrate.

Staff was rude. Breakfast on Saturday opens at 8am but the cook didn’t arrive till 930 so we just had to sit and wait for breakfast as there’s no other options for food except for the one crappy restaurant. If you tried to order a drink at the bar, the waitresses would talk to themselves and ignore the window and there are plenty of times. I was the only person in line and waited 10 minutes. You have to Uber to everything as there’s nothing local or within walking distance. I would never stay here again. I’ve stayed at the Scottsdale Plaza resort three other times and I would give them 10 stars and give this place zero.

We booked a villa during our stay, it had all the comforts of a home, plus privacy. The room was well decorated, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, its about five minutes from old town Scottsdale which offers a wide variety of great restaurants and shopping. The botanical desert gardens/zoo were 15 minutes away and Sky Harbor Airport 25 minutes. Great location, great value, I highly recommend the Scottdale Camelback Resort.

Melissa in the pool/food service was exceptional! Everyone was nice and efficient. Property was beautiful and well kept.. rooms comfortable.
