"The room was comfortable."

Liked the room.

We came in at 2:45 am our time. It was 11:00 pm their time. The man at the desk was looking at me and mouthed pick up the phone which I did. I couldn't understand what he was saying after and he rolled his eyes as if I inconvenienced him. He was completely rude and shouldn't be working in the public sector if he lacks patience and is disrespectful

"Great proximity to Old Town and Fashion Square; the villas are nice size but overall outdated."

The villas were nice size, loved being right by the playground for easy access for kids.

The villas are very outdated-need new appliances, new mattresses/pillows. Also the concept of the restaurant at the pool is great but would take forever at times to get food. Need to update the activities for kids-would be great to have a room designated with updated games/activities and out of heat. Would love to have bikes available for rental. The gym is very small and hot- no room to put a mat down and work out.

"Loved the location, but I would most likely stay at another property for the reasons mentioned."

The property was quiet even though it was central to major roads, etc.

Our suite had a very musty smell that we couldn’t get rid of. Also, the bathroom had a urine smell even though it appeared to be clean. The vanity cabinet is in terrible shape & either needs to be painted or replaced.

"If I had known about the road, I never would have booked the place"

Very spacious. And we could accommodate a family member who stayed with us for a night because of two bedrooms.

Our Villa was immediately next to a very busy road. Noisy all night long. somewhat pricey.
