The market place staff was very pleasant and the food was good, the amenities were so amazing kept the kids busy and excited.

"Very good location, clean, private, safe."

Centrally located for easy travel to all the attractions. The villa was comfortable, clean, and private. We like to run or walk each day for exercise, and we felt the grounds were very safe. We saw security making rounds and a guard was always at the front entrance gate. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

This 1 bedroom villa was on the 1st floor which was not a problem except all 4 air conditioning units for our building, (4 total units) were located outside our back bedroom window. At night, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the units click on.

It was clean, nice and a great location.

I was traveling with a pet, a small chihuahua and was made them aware of that prior to my stay. 3 days before my stay after it’s to late to cancel they send me a message saying there is a $150 non refundable pet fee. That’s kinda sly. Also, I walked my pet and picked up his poop like asked, however, there are ZERO trash cans around the facilities to toss it. I guess they want you to take it back to your room…..GROSS!!!

My wife and I spent our 1st wedding anniversary at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the resort was peaceful and quiet. We were able to just relax and enjoy each other's company. The room was very clean and comfortable, the king size bed was great

Construction on the main pool was disappointing; however, we do understand the need for upgrades and maintenance.
