Suites Roc Portonova

Great location, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. No complaints.

Hotel lobby nice, but rooms are run down, and staff are nice. Good beachfront view from the apartment. Highly recommend Palmanova location, but not this hotel. Apartmentos Roc Portonova rooms need renovation to get a good rating from customers.

Scruffy rooms, poor security (no key-card access). Warning: Thieves operate in this establishment and are seemingly tolerated. Got burgled a couple of days into the stay, stole cash from my room. Staff did what they could. However, very telling that they did not even ask if the room was broken into or if any damage was done. They just seemed to assume that whoever did it just let themselves into the room and then walked out again - which is presumably exactly what happened.

Very nice staff, the building need upgrade but all you need in a 3 star apartment. Nice beds We will recommend Roc Portonova.

Hotel is like stepping back in time (50yrs) very very dated, lovely staff on reception morning and night, only sayed1 night not for me probably 2 star at the very best.

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious apartment, but very very run down. Best part was the english receptionist, very proffesional.

This really is a great hotel, great location. The staff are excellent and really work hard to make sure the guests have everything they need. Rooms are in need of a little update, but they are very clean and comfortable so what more do you really need. Location could not be better, everything you could every need is just a short walk away. Hoping to return for another short break soon.
