"Rather disappointing"

We waited at the bar for a considerable time but no one came to serve us. There was no air conditioning although it was mentioned in the schedule

The hotel was lovely so we're the staff but unfortunately the heatwave made it very uncomfortable.

There was only a portable air con and despite being on all night it only cooled the room a few degrees
