Westgate Branson Lakes Resort

The check in experience was not great. When you reserve a lake view room that costs a little bit extra, you’re expecting a lake view. Not a wall or trees. That saying, we were given a choice of ground floor(first) or second floor ada room. The ada room did have a lake view, but why an Ada room. Less counter space in the bathroom and a much lower bed. So, unless you’re an owner those were the choices. Very misleading when renting a room. The room was kind of clean. Was updated, but needed some paint plus a little TLC. Beware that you’ll be able to hear every conversation in the adjacent room. We were woken by a dog barking, a woman cussing at the dog, and it sounded like their breakfast was being made in our room! Dishes and pans clanging. Very thin walls. Our friends were staying on the ground floor and as they sat on their patio looking at a wall they had the lovely smell of marijuana from people on the picnic tables close by. Most likely will not stay again.

Secure and amenities

Dusty, Moldy, Paper Thin Walls, Could hear every single footstep above us and they did it every 10 seconds till 3am! We had to call front desk. That did get solved, at least was stepping less amount of times. It made my dog uncomfortable and he kept barking. You could hear everything of the suite that's attached to ours. Our PS5 wouldn't connect so we called the tech department. He couldn't figure it out so he "escalated" the case to figure it out. Said they are busy with others and they woudjnt deal me back in less then 5 mins. They never called back.

• The location is beautiful and peaceful, right by the stunning Lake Ozark. • The view from the property is amazing, and the area around it is quiet and relaxing. • The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, more like a small condo than a hotel room. • Overall, it’s a nice place for a short getaway of 2–3 days.

• There’s no daily housekeeping service, so guests have to clean on their own and request new towels if needed. For a longer stay, this becomes inconvenient. • There were a lot of cobwebs and quite a few spiders around the property. Even if it’s close to nature, the outdoor areas definitely need better cleaning and maintenance. • For a place that calls itself a “resort,” the lack of regular cleaning was disappointing.

Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. New, clean, tastefully decorated units. Check-in was easy. Front desk communicated periodically via text. Secure property with gated entry into neighborhood.

Construction feels a bit cheap. Walls were too thin - could hear neighbors all around us through the walls and ceiling. Limited amenities. No restaurant on site.

This property is off the beaten path in Branson so it is more quiet and less traffic. The facility is beautifully maintained. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was professional and the room was nice with a beautiful view.

Location was good for the privacy and going to things we wanted to do

Only half the hot tub worked and inconsistent on being hot
