Lovely escape for a few days -right on the water. Several chairs and gazebo on the grounds are lovely. Owner very accommodating; breakfast is included and was lovely. Wish I could have stayed longer. Hope to return soon! Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a fabulous few days at the Yankee Clipper Inn. We had the Ariel Room on the 3rd floor and we never minded the climb as we opened the door to the room. Incredible views in a beautifully appointed room. The breakfast room met us with more beautiful views and a made to order breakfast. The surrounding grounds were ideal for picture taking. There is so much to see and do in Rockport even off season. We will be back !

Mike and the staff at The Yankee Clipper are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is wonderful and served in the dining room that looks out at the water. The grounds are lovely and many rooms have a deck to enjoy the view.

The room was poorly set up, dirty chairs, bathroom so small and the light was outside the room, you can't brush your teeth without closing the bathroom door, you can't close/open the bathroom door with the shower mat on the floor, the toilet paper holder is in the worst possible position, the window over looking the bay was claustrophobic and so was the room.

This hotel is clean, quiet and beautiful. It’s right on the water and our room had a balcony we could sit on. Each guest gets a made to order breakfast each morning seated in the dining room with beautiful views. I would choose to stay there again.
