Hounds Tooth Inn

Lovely, friendly hotel. Great base for visiting Yosemite and the surrounding area. Staff were really friendly and we loved the cheese and wine that they offered in the evening. It was really social and a nice little extra! Unfortunately, you can't walk to any restaurants as the road is too busy. The breakfasts are generous and tasty.

Not really ready for our arrival, gas fire not working and no water (hot / cold / faucets or toilet) in the morning, ended up finding another hotel, issue exacerbated by the poor attitude of the duty manager who tried to argue that the water was available until 2am so it wasn’t really a problem…

Cosy and warm property close to Yosemite national park. They allowed a late check in which was great for us since we came from afar. The breakfast was included and was very tasty. We stayed only for one night, but would definitely come back.

Tired and desperately in need of renovation. It is barely more than a motel with one person on duty at any time. Staff were pleasant and helpful though. Small - yes. Hotel - barely. Luxury - definitely not. Expensive for a tired motel. We had to move bedrooms as our shower wasn’t working ..

Not clean No water pressure at all, we could not shower after a long day of traveling in the park.

We are visiting this hotel for a second time and again we had an amazing experience. The staff are friendly and fun, rooms are clan and wonderfully designed. They also offer customized breakfast that is cooked to perfection. Every time we meet some fun people at the evening reception and overall it is a great place to visit and escape from the city.

This bed & breakfast is all you need. Tucked away in this beautiful surroundings. The charm with this place you don’t get anywhere else. The entire staff delivers excellence

Absolutely stunning charming accommodation, full of character. I am so glad we chose the Hound Tooth In over the commercial options. we had the King room, which was spacious and the fireplace was so warm and romantic.The complimentary beverages and reception in the evening was just cherry on the top of the cake. The staff was amazing too. Cannot recommend more.

there is no water in room in the morning due to the water pipe problem. we have to use bottle water to brush teeth. By the time we left hotel, the water problem still not fixed yet.
