Когда мы приехали, нам сообщила, что пока наш номер не готов и заселили в номер, категорией выше, но попросили на следующий день, после завтрака подойти на ресепшен, чтобы нам предоставили наш номер (это уже не удобно, так как после долгой поездки хочется разобрать вещи, а не пребывать на чемоданах ещё день). На следующий день мы подошли на ресепшен и нас попросили подождать ещё 15 минут, спустя которые ничего не поменялось. При разговоре с администратором она стала предлагать варианты 1. Оставить вещи в номере, пойти на пляж, а они сами перенесут вещи по готовности номера (мне этот вариант категорически не подходил, так как я не хочу оставлять документы/деньги не в сейфе, а в чемоданах, кроме того я понятия не имею кто и куда их будет переносить) 2 оставить наш багаж в комнате для багажа и вечером его самостоятельно перенести в номер (этот вариант у меня тоже вызвал негодование, так как я оплатила номер и почему я должна сутки хранить свой неразобранный чемодан в комнате доя багажа я не понимаю). По итогу нам разрешили остаться в номере, который нам предоставили изначально (выше классом), но первый день пребывания данный конфликт омрачил Номера уже не новые, старая система кондиционирования крайне не удобная (ты не можешь выбрать температуру, а только режим низкий-средний-высокий) Фото номерного фонда сильно обработаны, что заметно отражается на эффекте ожидание/реальность

The pool and bar area. Very comfy bed. Nice size room. Great breakfast selection . I didn’t realise there was a bar & restaurant connected……also both good

Sadly no fruit in the room…….Nothing in the mini bar

This property understands that details matter. When we arrived early, they served us a refreshing beverage and got us into our rooms early. Once in the room, there was a plate of fresh apples and cold water for us. Our rooms were comfortable and impeccable. Hitting the pool in the afternoon, we always found a spot, and the crowd was very relaxed. You definetly should take advantage of the Spa. The staff there are so cordial and do a fantastic job. The breakfast is not to be missed. There is everything - yogurt, fresh bread, english breakfast items, boiled eggs, granola, buffet of baked treats, bougatsa (get there early), leek pie, buffet of meats/cheese, champagne, tea, juice (many types) etc. The bar staff at Soma are so friendly, even when they tell you that it is time to close. Don't let the fact that it is not beachfront keep you from booking here. Once here, you won't care about that. Also, if you want to hit up Limnaki Beach, it i completely walkable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I didn't like the fact that I had to come home. We would have stayed forever.

1 of very few adults only hotels in the area Perfect location between nightlife, shops, restaurants and the harbour, Staff always happy and welcoming Any issues they sort out straight away (we had a broken fridge in the room within hours after mentioning it they had replace it) Huge pool bar seating area

Only 1 drawback is this location puts you further away from some of the beaches but a bus or taxi ride isn't very expensive. So not a negative just Ayia Napa stretches out over a big area

La colonne de la douche était complètement cassée et la fenêtre aussi c’était un peu compliqué de prendre sa douche
