Napa Plaza Hotel - Adults Only

Very clean and great location definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent service from all the staff. Wonderful room overlooking the pool. Would say the bathroom was a little tired and could invest in some new towels but this hotel is a little oasis in the heart of Napa.

צוות המלון היה חמוץ פנים אלינ כקבוצה ישראלית יהודית. לא עמד בהסכם שסגרנו טלפונית. העיר על כל דבר- אפילו ששחינו בבריכה הוא ביקש לא לשחות! אז מה עלינו לעשות בבריכה? לעמוד? לכל שאר האנשים במלון הוא חייך, רק שהגיע אלינו תמיד היה כעוס. נכנסו אלינו לחדר, לקחו פרטים אישיים שלנו (במקרה הנוכחי לקחו סיר בישל חשמלי ) טרם סגירת ההזמנה שוחחתי עם המלון והוא אישר לי לבשל במרפסת החדר בעזרת סיר חשמלי ולא על בסיס גז. הוא ביקש שאביא כבל מאריך כדי לעשות זאת במרפסת. וזאת מכיוון שאנחנו אוכלים רק אוכל כשר. ושהגענו לשם ושבישלנו- פשוט נכנסו אלינו לחדר ולקחו את הסיר ללא רשות. לא עניין אותם שאנחנו ללא אוכל. גם שביקשנו את הסיר כדי לנקות אותו שלא יסריח, הם סירבו וביקשו שנעזוב. יחס מחפיר אלינו כישראלים יהודים. ולמען הסר ספק, היינו הכי בסדר, לא עשינו רעש, לא עשינו בלאגן אני לעולם לא אחזור למלון הזה החוויה הגרועה ביותר שהייתה לי. The hotel staff was sour-faced, as a Jewish Israeli group. Did not keep to the agreement we made over the phone. He commented on everything - even when we swam in the pool, he asked us not to swim! So what should we do in the pool? Stand? He smiled at everyone else in the hotel, but when he came to us he was always angry. They entered our room, took our personal details (in this case they took an electric cooking pot) Before closing the reservation, I spoke with the hotel and he authorized me to cook on the balcony of the room using an electric pot and not a gas one. He asked me to bring an extension cord to do this on the balcony. And this is because we only eat kosher food. And when we got there and cooked - they simply entered our room and took the pot without permission. They did not care that we were without food. Even when we asked for the pot to clean it so it wouldn't stink, they refused and asked us to leave. Disgraceful treatment of us as Jewish Israelis. And to be clear, we were fine, we didn't make any noise, we didn't make any mess I will never go back to this hotel The worst experience I've ever had.

Place is immaculately clean. Bar staff are really good. Food is exceptional. But make sure you go all inclusive, as tge food and drink is a bit on the pricey side. You also get the use of one of 3 a la carte restaurants. I would advise pepper

It’s a very nice hotel in a prime location in Ayia nappa. We were overall happy with the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is 10/10 The receptionists and bellboy were very helpful and friendly The restaurants and bars in the hotel are top- tier as well. The breakfast is better than in many hotels.

The hotel it self might need a renovation, it’s a little bit out of date Our room was in direction of the clubs and the church, it could get quite loud at night.
