Location is fantastic, room was comfortable, metro stop around the corner, elevator on site and great breakfast.

Sehr gute Lage. Metro, Bus und Tram in unmittelbarer Nähe. Saubere und ruhige Zimmer. Viele Cafés und Restaurants in Gehdistanz zum Hotel. Ein nahe gelegener Supermarkt, wo man günstig einkaufen kann. Von den oberen Stockwerken schöne Sicht auf den Hafen.

bruit sur le vieux port jusque tard dans la nuit absence de véritable hall d'accueil ne permettant pas de se retrouver dans l'hôtel à plusieurs la première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était en face de la salle du petit déjeuner

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Alten Hafen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Metro und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.

Der Service ist nicht mehr so gut. Wir waren das 7.Mal in dem Hotel und es kommt langsam in die Jahre und es wird nichts erneuert. Schade.

We had a good stay at the Escale Oceania Marseille Vieux Port. This hotel is ideally located central to attractions in and around Vieux Port - easy walking distance to the many neighborhoods of interest. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is good, and is a nice way to start the day. Be aware that the location of the hotel means that there is street noise throughout the night (at least for the Thu, Fri, and Sat nights), as can be expected in a peak tourist zone. The hotel restricts the use of air conditioning before summer; the central AC is not available. This was a bit frustrating as daily temperatures were 24 C during part of our stay in mid April, but the windows could not be left open overnight for cooling, due to the street noise. The hotel staff are helpful and professional. Recommended, especially due to location and value.
