The sofa bed wasn’t done although the reservation was for 6 people.

Appart-hôtel situé dans le très beau quartier de Georgetown (à visiter), à deux pas de la rive du Potomac bordée de restaurants très agréables. Appartement 2 chambres spacieux, très propre et confortable, correctement équipé. L'enregistrement à distance est simple (inutile de passer par la réception). Quartier excentré du centre historique, à 30 mn à pied du National Mall (Maison Blanche ou Lincoln Memorial), mais très bien desservi par des bus et le métro à 15 mn à pied; ce métro dessert également directement l'aéroport Dulles Washington.

Appartement situé au rez de chaussée dans un angle de l'immeuble sans vue (néanmoins vue sur un petit parterre verdoyant). Il manque des lampes pour éclairer l'appartement le soir et quelques petits travaux d'entretien seraient nécessaires (peinture et ameublement).

The overall room is quite clean, well-equipped, and allows for cooking.

First, I originally booked for 2 nights and later extended it to 3 nights. The actual charge from the hotel was $52 higher than the confirmed price shown on the booking website. The staff at the property couldn’t resolve the issue and told us to contact Booking.com ourselves. Eventually, Booking.com confirmed that the hotel had overcharged us. Second, we experienced a complete water outage on the third night without any prior notice. We couldn’t take a shower or even use the toilet, which was extremely inconvenient. We only learned about the water shutdown and the hotel’s emergency arrangements after asking the staff — these should have been communicated to guests in advance! There were four of us staying, and being unable to flush the toilet at night was truly unbearable. Third, the sofa bed in the living room is next to the window, but there are no proper blackout curtains — only partial coverings that block some sunlight. As a result, anyone sleeping on the sofa bed gets woken up by sunlight in the morning, and in the afternoon, it becomes too hot to rest because of direct sunlight. Fourth, the living room and bedroom share the same air conditioning system, which cannot be controlled separately. The air vents directly face the beds, and the airflow direction cannot be adjusted, making it easy to catch a cold when sleeping with the air conditioner on. Fifth, the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink is broken and doesn’t work. Also, the stove was initially not functioning — I had to find and turn on a hidden power switch on the wall myself before it could be used. 第一，我原先预定了2天，后改为3天，实际酒店扣款比预定网站显示的确认价格贵了52美金，与员工交涉无法处理，需要让我们自己去和booking联系，最终booking确认是酒店多收款了。第二，我们在没有接到任何提前通知的情况下， 在第3天晚上直接遭遇了停水，无法洗澡，更加无法使用马桶，这体验太糟糕了。直到我们询问了工作人员才得知停水的事情，以及酒店的应急处理，这些本应该都提前通知！！我们一共4人入住，在晚上马桶无法冲水实在太绝望了！！第三，位于客厅的沙发床右侧是客厅窗户，没有足够遮光的窗帘提供，只能挡住部分阳光，导致在沙发床上睡觉早上会被阳光弄醒，下午因为阳光直射太热也无法睡眠。第四，客厅和卧室公用同一套空调系统，无法分开控制，并且空调出风口都正对床铺，无法调节风向，开着空调睡觉很容易感冒。第五，厨房水槽的事务处理机是坏的，无法工作。并且炉灶一开始也是无法使用的，是我自己找到了位于墙壁上隐藏式的电闸
