Tensing Pen Hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay here, our room was clean, the people were helpful and friendly, the food was incredible, I highly recommends the stuffed chicken breast, and My wife loved the steak, we thought the prices were very reasonable as portions were very large. We would definitely return for another visit.

Beautiful boutique hotel in gorgeous surrounds. Large rooms and friendly staff. Would have been perfect except for the noise from the cars/bar across the road. Very loud live music the first night we were there

Awesome stay! Each cottage is unique and you feel like you are in your own private resort. My wife and I stayed here after being at Sandals, Whitehouse, and it was a great change in that we felt more secluded and closer to nature. Our second night our AC didn't work and the staff upgraded us to a bigger cottage by the beach.

Nice place. Not much entertainment options at the hotel. Great for a couple quiet days.

I was happy to get there the grounds was oh so beautiful. The front desk clerk was nice. I checked in and was showed to my room. When I got there I saw a queen size bed and I had asked for a king. I was told he would check but he never returned. I went to the restaurant for dinner . When I got there I ask the waiter if I should wait to be seated and his reply was I CANT PICK YOU UP. I however ignored his insult and tried to move on. As I sat down to eat I notice that there were 2 large dogs next to my table. I explain that I wish to not have them next to me. I was bitten by a dog before I was told the belong to the owner that was sitting one table. A few minutes later one of the dog was standing at my table. I ask for a box to go and explain how disappointed I was but no one felt the need to say sorry. I ate in my room. The next morning wasn't much better. I have however learned that the staff are terrified of the owner but I still don't think that excuse bad service . I saw the owner walking by my room with her dog giving my a stare down that would kill. I checked out a day early felling sad because I want to bring my partner back to show him how beautiful this place is . They all need better training.

Great hotel. The ocean view rooms are amazing. Everything about this hotel is great: food, quietness, swimming locations, pool, drinks, and so on!

Excellent accommodations, very relaxing. Massage was the best I have ever had (even better than Maui on beach)

It was wonderful- a special hotel tucked away between the cliffs but walking distance to great restaurants and Ricks. Although the restaurant on the premises was excellent too. You can take a taxi to the beach, but you'll enjoy jumping off the cliffs at the hotel. Water is beautiful! The property is magnificent. Very romantic.

Tensing Pen is a wonderful resort. It's romantic, clean and close to the best restaurants in Negril. We stayed on the beach for half of our stay and at Tensing Pen for the other half. We swam in the ocean and pool and napped in the hammocks. We had drinks at the bar every day and the food was awesome! We would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel. We were in Garden A and had a slight view of the ocean. If I go back, I'm upgrading to the Cone Cove hut... that one is unbelievable!

The stay was great, relaxing and comfortable..... I would go back any time.. Beautiful view
