Tensing Pen Hotel

Amazing time! Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I had a blast.

This is my second time staying at this hotel! Absolutely love it! The views are amazing. The staff is super nice and accommodating. All of the staff, from front desk to house keeping, are extremely friendly and make you their priority. The location is great. Only a few minutes walk from Rick's Café and several restaurants. Hotel provides free transportation to the nearby beach. Perfect place for a relaxing and rejuvenating time.

Tensing Pen Resort, I couldn't thank you enough for the best hospitality you have provided. The resort is far beyond stunning and one of the best resorts I have ever been to in my life time! I enjoyed jumping off the cliffs and pampered by sunshine constantly. The food and service was outstanding! Beautiful bungalow we stayed at! Definitely a memorable retreat for the both of us. We definitely miss the adorable Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs as well! We will be sure to come back someday!

This was our 7th time in Negril although it had been 29 years since the last time. The cliffs are where we always stay. Tensing Pen was perfect for us. Beautiful, great staff, affordable food on the grounds,free continental BF. Life Guards around for both pool and ocean. This is a truly lovely place to decompress and we won't hesitate to return. I would not recommend Tensing Pen to parents traveling with young children.

If you love sand then Tensing Pen is not for you. If you love exotic, laid back and friendly and are pleased not to have to get the sand off everything then this extraordinary hotel woven in to the rocks with jumps and dives in to the clear blue ocean is SO for you.

This property is gorgeous. Hammocks under the huts on the cliffs, lots to explore, the awesome bridge over the water. There are plenty of comfy chairs and sofas by the bar/restaurant with a beautiful view over the pool and the cliffs. No beach here, but the hustle and bustle of the beach isn't far. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Of all the places we stayed with travelling the Mexican coast, Bahamas and Jamaica, Tensing Pen in Negril was by far the best. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the food is great and the views and location are just wow!

This hotel was gorgeous, with the most spectacular views of the ocean. The pool was beautiful, the individual cottages were really gorgeous, the beds were exyremely comfortable and the restaurant was great--we had a wonderful family Christmas there.

Tensing Pen is the perfect escape. This tiny resort with the cottages scattered across the property provides a perfect taste of Jamaica. The location on the cliffs is gorgeous and starting each morning with a swim from the cliffs is ideal. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is quite delicious for those days that you want to relax and not wander afield. However there are several other resorts with amazing restaurants and little local bars and eateries near by that you can easily walk to. There was construction going on in the cottage next door which was a bit noisy and disruptive as they started very early and continued late into the evening, however the beautiful rooms and updated decor is evident throughout. We stayed in Garden A, which is one of the more reasonably priced rooms, and was lovely. It did not suffer at all for the lack of beach view as the garden is beautiful and the ocean only a short walk away.
