AUCruising the Nile and the spectacular scenery was amazing. The buffet had a lot of good options and the staff were very friendly.
It took them 3 days to answer a question through bookings prior to check in. Then they didn't give us the correct name of the dock that the boat was leaving from, or any check-in instructions. The driver got lost, they didn't answer the phone, it was really stressful. There are no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, and the decor is a bit dated. They changed dinner times on a whim and the seemed to decide on the day what the program was.

The fact drinks were not included. No coffee or tea pot in the room. Towels and sheet could be little newer.
