NLPersonnel in cruise and cleanness
We reserved the Jaz Celebrity, but we onboarded to another cruise without asking for permission, very bad and late answering the phone and message. The difference in price has not paied yet and no one answer. The wifi was useless There was no coffee and tea in the cabines, and you have pay for beverage even with the meals.
DEThe Jaz cruise was a perfect choice comparing to all our other stays in Egypt. All the staff were nice and friendly. The food was unexpected delicious and you could feel that they’ve prepared it with heart. It was always very pleasant every time when we came back from a day trip to the ship, knowing that there’s nice service and great dinner waiting for us. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience.

USHardly anything was worth the price paid
Food was horrible. The cruise itself is a very dated boat with very antique look and ceiling height low that makes it feel very small. We had a suite and a regular room and yet not much space to move around cuz of all the furniture that is unnecessary. The main issue was the food. The food is served at a very specific time so if you need even water you will be charged outside of it. They have an unlimited drinks option that is $50 bucks per person per night which we thought was not worth it. We paid close to 7k for the 2 suites and yet we couldnt get any decent food . The options are very egyptian and the preparation is too bland . No kids options and it was a challenge. Also ordering water in the dining room is charged . imagine not offering water at a Buffet ??? It just feels like nickle and diming every penny and plus local egyptian places are less than $5 and the cruises charge at 10 times the price. The cruise also dint take responsibility of the vendors they brokered us to namely the airport transfer which we dint ask but they got a guy who showed up with a name plate that never once told us what it would cost us , the guide tour that was 850 bucks for 2 adults and 1 kid which was almost like a military drill to wake up at 5 in the morning to go to sites cuz the boat leaves at 10;30 . When we complained the cruise simply passed the buck to the vendor
