Blau Punta Reina

We went for a short stay, but was very pleased with the resort, room was clean and tidy and nice powerful shower. Food was nice and plentiful, and bar was fully stocked (recommend the San Francisco with or without alcohol). There's a children's club and also adult activities to keep everyone busy, and 3 lovely beaches within walking distance. Only negative was the beds were very very firm

Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble, mais avec quelques petits soucis. Le petit-déjeuner, en mode buffet, était copieux. Les buffets midi/soir étaient copieux, diversifié mais peu varié au cours de la semaine. Si on s'en tient à un type de plat par jour (viande, poisson, pâtes, etc.), il y a moyen d'avoir l'impression de variété. Généralement assez de fruits et de légumes. Le "all-inclusive" vaut la peine. Nous avions un "appartment with sea view" dans la partie Est. Très tranquille, vue et levers de soleil magnifiques. En revanche, il semblerait qu'ils aient oublié de traiter le bois contre l'humidité: les portes sont complètement gondolées et font un bruit très désagréable lorsqu'elles sont opérées. Difficile de dire si c'est général pour ces appartements ou juste un manque de chance avec le notre. Assez mauvaise insonorisation. Matelas très dur et peu confortable. Côté animation, c'est le top. Les clubs pour les enfants font des activités variées et adaptées, et les enfants peuvent participer au spectacle pour enfants du soir. Les spectacles à thème du soir sont variés et souvent intéressants, et souvent OK pour les enfants. Pas vraiment de disco. Il faut reconnaître l’énergie prodigieuse de l'équipe d'animation, qui est bien multilingue et motivante. L'hôtel est sur un promontoire rocheux (d'où la vue) avec 3 plages sympathiques à moins de 5' de marche, dont une via un chemin aménagé à travers les rochers. Les plages n'étaient pas surchargées lors de notre séjour...

Die Anlage ist weitäufig, nett angelegt und in toller Lage. Man muss aber schon ein bisschen gucken welches Zimmer man bucht. Manche Zimmer sind zur Straße/Parkplatz mit Gestank aus der lauten Lüftungsanlage. Man erreicht 2 wunderschöne Buchten zum Baden. Die eine über einen spektakulären Natursteinweg (nix für gebrechliche Menschen oder Kinderwagen) die andere über einen breiten Plattenweg. Beide bieten sowohl mietbare Liegen /Sonnenschirme aber ebenso genug Platz für Handtuchlieger. Abstriche muss man beim Essen machen. Der Speisesaal ist riesig und sehr eng bestuhlt. Draussen kann man leider gar nicht sitzen und es herrscht eine unglaubliche Lautstärke und Hektik. Es gibt viel zu wenig Speisestationen für die Anzahl an Menschen und vieles war ständig aus und manches wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Die Qualität des Essens war lieblos. Beim Frühstück war es Glückssache ob man Brot und Saft abbekam. Mein Tipp wäre auf Halbpension zu verzichten und lieber eins der wunderschön gelegenen Appartements zu buchen. Die Anlage insgesamt macht einen guten Eindruck und die Liegen an den Pools waren in gutem Zustand. Insgesamt findet man überall die üblichen Grbrauchsspuren für südliche Länder aber alles für eine 4* Sterne Ortskategorie völlig in Ordnung. Die Abendveranstaltungen fand ich nicht so doll, sind mir im Urlaub aber auch nicht wichtig. Jeder hat andere Ansprüche und Wünsche an sein Feriendomizil aber ich würde die Anlage jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Leider hatten wir am ersten Tag Ameisen im Zimmer. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption wurden sie mit Gift bekämpft. Zum Essen im Buffetraum ist es sehr laut. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Buchten zum Schwimmen, Pools sind sauber.

The staff was not that pleasing as if I was not there some not all until I engaged with them they was ok but for them to meet me you would think I was nothing from when I got there with my mum the girl on reception was very fake and my mum of 83 did notice it . I paid for a massarge for my mum he made her day I would like to thank him for that they left a gift for my birthday wich was nice . I was sure I paid for all inclusive or some sort of meal but when we got there there was nothing they said if you book for 4 days you get nothing I was shocked but I was with my mum of 83 who has had a hard lif and I said I will treat her no cooking just for her to be spoiled on holiday. So me being positive I just said no problem I will look into it when I get back the place was nice just some of the staff let them down

this hotel is huge and had a lot of facilities. The staff is very nice and helpful, there is a lot of animation -both for kids as adults) going on, too much for my taste but it is up to you if you join. I traveled with my 5 yr old twins and it was great place, very safe, lifeguards at all pools, animation everyday (which we didn't use, but the people seemed very nice). Also didn't have all inclusive but cooking in the room worked out well with a big supermarket in Porto Criisto (5 minutes by bus) I probably wouldn't go back to this particular hotel because we just didn't use most facilities (restaurants, spa, animation) but if you travel with young kids it's pretty amazing & care free way to do so. For me the main gem of this holiday was the little bay beach. On a beautiful 5 minute walk, it has a small restaurant too with toilets and a bar. Would definitely go back for that !

Rien a redire très reposant de belles plages pas trop loin :) de quoi se détendre ....

Wer hier entspannen möchte, auch mit Familie, wird sich bis zum Strand zurückziehen müssen. Und der ist leider nur über eine sehr steile Treppe und ca. 5 min Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Dazu später mehr. Das Hotel ist leider überbucht. Die drei Pools restlos überfüllt. Mittags peischt dann auch noch die Animation die eigentlich etwas erwartete Ruhe nochmal so richtig auf :-) Oder mann begibt sich etwas Abseits zu dem Kleinen Aussenpool wo es eine sog. Ruhezone gibt. Gegenüber den andreren Pools ist es wirklich ruhig. Beim Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen kommt es schon mal zu einer kleinen Warteschlange vor dem Hauptrestaurant (10-15 min, je nach Zeit) obwohl es in der Anlage noch zwei kleinere Restaurants gibt! Der Lautstärke nach gleicht es wie in einer Kantine!! Mann muss schon die Köche bewundern und den Logistischen Aufwand der hier betrieben wird, das dreimal am Tag hier alles frisch zubereitet wird! Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider mussten wir mehrmals feststellen, das dabei die Sauberkeit vom Geschirr darunter vernachlässigt wird. Die Kinderbetreuung ist gut organisiert und altersgerecht aufgeteilt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auch auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche ein.

The hotel is good for families with kids, unfortunately the hotel was so crowded, that it was overbooked, we had to sleep in another hotel the first night - Punta Reina paid for it, paid the taxi that took us to the hotel and we got the "all-inclusive-package", although we didn't really need it. But of course we sometimes took use of it, but especially the facilities for dining were very very crowded and with all the kids it was very noisy.

Sofern man mit Kleinkindern in einem Zimmer übernachten möchte, absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit super Pools, Spielplatz, Animationsprogramm / Disco, freundlichem Personal, leckerem Essen, wunderbarer Anlage etc.
