The resort is wonderful, the resort policies are not, food and drink can only be consumed in the bar / restaurant. If you want a cup of tea in your room, or water for pills.. you have to buy them. The rooms are dated and feel unloved. Bedding was not changed once during a week long stay. Housekeeping is a sweep, mop and tidy up every day. The positives. The kids clubs are fantastic. The entertainment team are fantastic. The quality of the food is fantastic. The staff are fantastic, The resort needs to stop penny pinching in the wrong places,

Enormous resort (timeshare?) with families and couples enjoying the pools, ping pong and other activities. The staff was multilingual and courteous. Room was large with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean.

Weil wir viel auf Tour sind haben wir nur das Appartement gemietet, können also nichts zum Essen, Frühstück usw aussagen. Die Anlage ist gut angelegt, wir waren auch nicht das erste Mal dort. Das sollte ja schon genug Bewertung sein.

Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, auch für Selbstversorger. Ansonsten ist alles kostenfrei, dass empfehlenswert der Wellnessbereich für gestresste Eltern

Für Familien Kindern gutes Hotel und zu empfehlen. Essen gut, Kinderprogramm sehr gut.

L'hôtel est un apparthôtel. Il y a 2 plaques de cuisine, frigo à disposition. Nous avons testé 1 seule piscine (la principale), bien agréable. En été, il faut se lever pour prendre des transats (ils sont enchaînés et libre dès 9h). Par contre, en octobre, aucun problème. Les buffets sont variés et copieux. Le personnel est très gentil. Les animateurs sont au TOP. Il y a des clubs de différents âge (mini, maxi, ado, adultes). Beaucoup parmi eux parlent le français, c'est génial. Le soir, les spectacles sont également donné par les animateurs ou parfois par des artistes extérieurs. Un vrai régal ces vacances (la preuve, on a fait 1 semaine en juillet.... et on est revenu en octobre). La semaine de juillet, je suis partie avec mes enfants de 12 et 16 ans que je n'ai quasiment pas vu de la semaine. Un régal !

Деньги за напитки на ужин ТРЕБУЮТ!!!! сразу, только наличными, нельзя записать на номер и не разрешают закончить ужин и оплатить! Нужно пачкать руки и всегда носить с собой деньги! Накричали и отобрали на выходе из основного ресторана 2 банана и 2 груши на двоих,путешествуем много и в разные страны, такое встречаем впервые! Ооочень шумный ресторан, помимо шума детей и взрослых, постоянный звон тарелок и столовых приборов , которые убирают и носят (неаккуратно) официанты! Номер убираю плохо Единственный плюс отеля -это его расположение относительно пляжей- calles

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is about 45 minutes from Palma airport so recommend booking taxi before as it should cost 65 euros instead of 80 on the day. When we arrived it was busy the staff were not overly friendly like other hotels we stayed in. The food was nice especially the derserts but mains could have been better. If booking defiantly book half board or all inclusive because there is nothing much around. We did half board and actually was better as we would offen have a light lunch at the beach or when we ventured out to the caves one day. The walk to the beach is very nice with some great views. Not so crowded. The majority of guests were German with few Brits and others. Evening entertainment was good for the kids but not great if you don't smoke as adults would comfortably smoke throughout the night. Would of been better to have smokers on oneside. The outdoor swimming pools for kids were cold so you had to go at the right time to enjoy it.

Urlaub im Juli 2016 dort verbracht, sehr schöne Anlage, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, direkt am türkisfarbenem Meer und einer schönen Bucht mit Sandstrand.. Porto Christo nur 2,5 km entfernt, ist schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen für 1,80, aber auch zu Fuß möglich (dort kann man Boote ausleihen, auch ohne Führerschein, und an der Küste auf eigene Faust entlang fahren, sehr schönes Erlebnis)
