Fantastic facilities - brilliant heated kids pool and lots of space for everyone.

Naturally because it is a big resort and is spread out there is a bit of walking too and from dinner to the room but there were easy ramps for prams/wheelchairs and everything was very accessible.

Todo en general pero sobre todo el personal. Unas vacaciones fantásticas en un entorno fantástico.

La cena en el restaurante Italiano dejó mucho que desear, tanto en la calidad como en el trato. Tampoco me parece apropiado que en el bufet pongan un mostrador destinado sólo a chucherías. Muchos niños se nutrían solo con esto.

We stayed at the Horizon 10 Hotel for the first time and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful and peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a glass of cold Prosecco, which was especially appreciated after a long flight on a hot summer’s day. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants, along with a coffee and snack bar by the pool. Both the à la carte breakfast and dinner were outstanding—truly five-star quality. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. A special mention goes to Nerijus in the restaurant, who was an exceptional host. He greeted us with a warm smile every time and provided helpful advice on how to make the most of the hotel’s facilities. His attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning.

tout lr personnel attentif et efficace les repas corects et copieux le systeme prestige indispensable pour etre dans les normes d un 5 etoiles public relation omniprésente et efficace

le resto steak house personnel pas classe (ex: verre de vin remplis à ras bord et remarques trop intimes) , par contre viande de qualité et cadre agréable l adult only pas respectée dans piscine privée
