Beautiful hotel. Loved the different pools, especially the kids' pool as our 2-year-old daughter loved it. Also, the hotel bar was cool for a few drinks.

Would have preferred more selection in the restaurants. Personally, I would have preferred to have been closer to Playa Blanca, but the views around the hotel were incredible and the walk to Playa Balanca was along the coast (3k).

Trato de personal excelente. Atención al detalle. Instalaciones buenas pero necesita cierta renovación

La comida del buffet era buena. No obstante probamos una noche el restaurante temático japonés y fue extremadamente decepcionante. La falta de correlación entre la calidad del buffet y este restaurante no tiene explicación. No se entiende que se obligue a pagar por el agua durante las cenas en régimen de media pensión

Great large area without massive apartment blocks. More like small Houses sprinkled around a large beautiful terrain. Great and welcoming staff (at least most of them).

The buffet is waaaaaaay to busy and too tight, people bouncing into each other, no trays available, massive queues just to get a crepe in the morning, and good luck if you came with a toddler. Same with the kids pool. Waaaaaay to many kids packed in a single place. Also food quality is really so so. We took half board and kinda regreted. Breakfast is nice, but everything after that is bland and a headache to get due to tightness and unclear direction.
