Un hotel de esta categoría no debería permitir que cierto tipo de clientes vayan dejando platos y vasos cerca de las piscinas, sin recogerse al instante.

The reception area and Piano Bar were excellent with great staff. Guest relations team were good and tried to remedy our issues. Room was a generous size. The bistro restaurant/bar at lunchtime was excellent. Great choice of food, comfortable tables and chairs and the staff were delightful.

Sadly the room was quite shabby, very little drawer and storage space. The sea view was fine if you stood up but as soon as you sat down there was a large wide black plank in your eyeline! Balcony furniture was tatty and stained. Housekeeping was poor, no towels occasionally, no refill on coffee pods or water, and floors not swept. After complaining to Guest Relations the standard did improve. The food in the self service restaurant was often cold, and also in the a la carte restaurant we used, El Volcan. Things did improve after a few days when a new manager was put in charge! The hotel is on a large complex and you spend a lot of time walking between your room, pool, restaurant etc. Some of the pathways were uneven, and there are a lot of stairs and few lifts. The adults only pool, where we were, was very cold and only had straight pool steps to enter the pool which for us meant we were unable to use the pool. No gentle slope or graded steps.

Es ubn alojamiento amplio separados por distintas edificaciones parece una ciudad dentro del alojamineto. Hace que este cierta independencia zona infantil, la de adultos solo.

que es una isla digna de vistar y conocer, desde el inicio a la llegada la amabilidad.. atencion. de todo el personal. la limpieza, informacikon. no tengo palñabras para poderlo expresar

Le petit verre d'accueil pour patienter était très agréable. Et l'ensemble du personnel était souriant et aimable.

Ne pas avoir été prévenu que la cuisine du restaurant fermait à 15h. Mon compagnon et moi, arrivés à 14h30, avons juste eu le temps de prendre une boisson et une entrée. Étant installés à l'extérieur, nous n'avons pas vu que tous les stands de plats chauds, et tous les desserts avaient été débarrassés du buffet. Mais, gentiment, une serveuse nous a apporté une assiette composée avec ce qui restait en cuisine. Malheureusement, tout était froid. Dommage. J'ajoute que les boissons nous ont été offertes en dédommagement.
