"The hotel made every effort to make the stay as special as possible"

The hotel staff made every effort to make sure our stay was really special. They made arrangements to upgrade our room and also let us experience a few of the amazing restaurants the hotel had to offer. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa which we got to enjoy courtesy of the hotel.

The rooms TV was not working properly it cut out every few seconds so was not watchable. However the room and sea view made up for that and more.

Nous avons adoré l’établissement en général. L’hôtel est très grand et dispose de plusieurs piscines, dont deux chauffées. Le buffet est très copieux et propose un large choix. Le personnel est adorable. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer, et la vue était superbe !

Les trois restaurants (El Volcan, Dolce Vita et Sakura) ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les plats étaient trop cuits, peu goûteux et de qualité médiocre… C’est dommage, car l’hôtel est vraiment bien.
